This notice describes Link Innovation’s website and business-inquiry handling. Hosting and other service providers also operate under their own privacy notices.

Information you provide

When you contact us through an active inquiry form, email or telephone, you may provide your name, email address, company, phone number, service needs, quantities, delivery location, timing, project reference, specifications and attached files. Please share only information relevant to your request. Do not submit payment-card details, government identity documents, health records or other sensitive personal information through a project inquiry.

Why information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, clarify requirements, assess feasibility, prepare quotations, coordinate an agreed project and maintain related business records. Website delivery and security services may process connection and request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to provide and protect the service. A project inquiry is not a request to enroll in unrelated promotional messages.

Who handles it

Authorized Link Innovation personnel and the service providers supporting website hosting, business email, inquiry records and file storage may handle relevant information to perform those functions. On the active website, inquiries are saved to our intake application and notifications are directed to our sales team. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Storage and retention

The appropriate retention period depends on the inquiry, any resulting project, recordkeeping obligations and resolution of disputes. You can ask about retention or request deletion using the contacts below; applicable legal or contractual obligations may require some records to be retained. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us to agree a suitable exchange method before sending highly confidential material.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information or explain how it is handled. Depending on the law and circumstances, you may also have portability rights and rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Texas consumer privacy protections generally address individual or household activity, rather than commercial or employment activity; eligibility and exceptions depend on the circumstances.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, the response period is generally 45 days, with a permitted extension when explained to you. If we decline a covered request, you may appeal through the same contacts with “Privacy appeal” in the subject or message. A covered appeal is answered within 60 days. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General. Exercising applicable privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
