Primary packaging is the bottle, jar, tube or other component that contains the product. Secondary packaging is the outer carton, rigid box or presentation set. Start with approved primary-component dimensions before finalizing the outer structure or insert. If your laboratory already supplies the filled container, share its specifications so Link can scope the outer packaging separately rather than duplicate components you already have.
